They are at it again! The beltway bilkers and the establishment grifters are clutching their collective pearls and expressing shock, shock at another contrived scandal. This time around, Ted Cruz is the plug and play flavor of the moment as one fraud after another take their turn to express their outrage and pretend like what just occurred is some appalling deviation from the norm.
Never mind that our bumbling president went on CNN just three days ago and revealed his inner David Duke nor is there any need to be concerned about a mass-vaccination campaign that does nothing to address the root causes of a pandemic that is gashing the world. What use is there for factual reporting when there is a sham lynching to be conducted. The same establishment that is knee-deep in conflicts of interests and actively engaged in corruption all the sudden have become guardians of the public trust.
Same folks dunking on Ted Cruz for abandoning Texans in needs are defending Biden for doing the exact same to Americans suffering during this panic. Biden lied about the #2KChecks & Ted Cruz left Texans in the midst of a crisis. Same shit, different party. Stop w/ the hypocrisy.

Let us pause for a second and consider why Ted Cruz saw it perfectly acceptable for his family and him to flee to Cancun while his home state was mired in a polar vortex that has taken the lives of dozens of Texans. It’s not like this man is stupid; say what you will of him but Cruz is a very bright man. So if the reason for his decision cannot be laid at the feet of ineptitude, there must be a more sinister reason for his lack of sagacity on this front. The answer is simple; Cruz understood that his jaunt to Mexico was not a radical departure from accepted behavior for public serpents and those who are charged with keeping them accountable.
I ask you, what is worse, Cruz flying to a resort or wars being executed illegally, Wall Street undertaking pervasive thievery and the Department of Defense being militarized against US citizens? We are so conditioned by outrageous developments and the excesses of our government that we have come to accept abject malfeasances as regular business only to be shocked by manufactured transgressions. We have become a society of Pavlov’s dog as we bark and howl on demand the minute politicians, pundits and opinion leaders ring their triangles and derange us with their bullshit.
When you take a step back and deconstruct how far we have gone down into the rabbit hole of habituation, it actually overwhelms the mind. I was watching a movie last night about the assassination of John F. Kennedy and it dawned upon me just how manipulated we are as a society. Anyone with half a brain knows that it was the US government that killed JFK, yet we are so mobbed by collective cognitive dissonance that we still pretend, either through omission or commission, that it was a lone gunman who executed the 35th president. Four other historical icons were gunned down by deep state actors in the same decade only for their murderers to escape justice. The more things change the more they remain the shame, we have a creep in the White House who makes Catholic priests look like Mr. Rogers by comparison only to be met with deafening silence.

Such is the DC two step: overlook every egregious action only to react with visceral prevarication when the time arrives to feed into media frenzies. Do you think for a minute that AOC actually cares about the people in Texas or Jennifer Rubin loses any sleep over the suffering that is taking place in the Lone Star State? If you think these con artists have an ounce of decency and empathy in their hearts, I have a bridge to sell you in Mar-a-Largo. Cruz is just the catnip of the moment; once they’ve had enough of sucking on this hokum, the debased will move on and the Zodiac Killer will still be a Senator once the dust settles.
Meanwhile, we are creeping closer to a forced vaccination being shoved down our throats. Biden and his henchmen are setting the pretext at this precise moment; they’ve already normalized weaponizing the US military and unleashing soldiers domestically, the next step is to wait for the perfect moment to announce a coercive campaign to jab Americans against their will. What is dismissed as a “conspiracy theory” one minute becomes reality the next; the tin foil belongs to anyone who rejects the brazen criminality of our government.
The problem is that we are too busy idolizing the very wolves we should be taking to the woodsheds. History never fades, it just repeats like a broken record. Thoreau once made a brilliant observation during his time at Walden Pond; a reflection which seems especially relevant at this time.

We stand at the precipice of a global holocausts; instead of taking Thoreau’s advice and immersing neo-pharaohs in the Potomac River, we are busy consuming the bread and circus of politics. We better wake up soon and stop paying attention to fabricated turpitudes or else a cold snap in the Midwest will be the least of our worries.
Thomas Jefferson once noted “indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just—that his justice cannot sleep for ever”. Tremble they should; in due time the very blood they have been exacting from humanity will be extracted from them. It is a matter of when not if before the second coming of the French Revolution will visit the United States; all we need is a spark and it is this glint that the establishment is trying to forestall with their spurious headlines.
